I lost a little weight but the pounds were much harder to drop than they were in my younger.After seeing Dr.Tumpati’s ad in a magazine ,I decided to see Dr.Tumpati.

    Dr. Tumpati and the staff have been excellent. Basically, I made an appointment where I was weighed and had my measurements taken.The waiting time is not more than 15 minutes and the staff is very friendly which is a plus point.I then spoke with the Dr. about my goals. He then put me on the VLCD diet which consists of shakes and bars and one regular meal. During this time I also began running regularly.

    I saw results right from the beginning. This diet also made me realize that I was able to get through the day without eating as much as I was. Once the weight started coming off my energy levels rose dramatically.
